Hello wonderful backers! I hope everyone had a great August month - and to all the fellow pumpkin spice consumers, tis the season my dudes!  

We would like to take a quick moment to share an update on where we are with Animal Print Dice.

 What have we been up to? 

Well - we spent the last few weeks getting our ducks in a row, so to speak. We have been reorganizing space, ordering supplies and tools, and testing our new molds. In addition, we have been partnering with a few suppliers so we could offer some unique add-ons just for our Kickstarter supporters. Mother nature had a few other surprises for us, including a hurricane and some extreme temperatures, that added to some unexpected shipping delays. All said and done, we're ready to roll now, and excited to share the much anticipated pledge manager. 

So why all this before launching the pledge manager? 

We have had many inquires about add-on sets, late pledges, and if any of the unreached stretch goals could be an option still. We wanted to take and assess these inquires seriously. Our commitment comes to meeting our pledges first. The great news is, with our new set up, we are happy to share we will be able to accommodate additional orders via the pledge manager and late campaign pledges. In addition to full sets and individual dice add-ons, we will also be able to offer the windowed tin display box, a d2 challenge/inspiration coin, and additional swag bag items for purchase. These items are available as a way to enhance your game play and show your support for Tux & Roll. 

The pledge manager will begin roll out in stages. A small percentage of you will see the survey first as a "smoke test" to ensure there aren't any glaring errors we may have missed. So if you don't see it right away, don't be alarmed. Assuming this process goes smoothly, the remaining backers will receive the survey. So please keep an eye out on those inboxes! Once we know all surveys have been distributed, we will share another update.

Reward Surveys/Pledge Manager Coming Soon

Good day wonderful backers! We have been hard at work preparing the design space to begin production. We have also been building the pledge manager which will go live here very soon. Via the pledge manager you will be able to add-on additional dice, swag items, and of course - select your design entitlements. While we didn't reach all our stretch goals, we would like to be able to offer them as an upgrade for a low cost. This includes the windowed display box and commemorative coin. We are smoothing out the details to make this happen. 

Please take a quick moment to double check your pledges have processed so you do not miss out on claiming your reward. We wanted to give everyone some padded time to complete payments before sending out the surveys. That being said, we are also planning to open for late pledges in the near future. So if you or someone you know missed out, we would like to still offer the chance to join us on safari! Keep and eye out here and our social media as we will be sure to share that news when we're ready.

In the final hours...

Greetings wonderful backers! Last night the Animal Print Dice Kickstarter campaign came to a close. In the final hours we gained some amazing steam thanks to many upping their pledges and new backers joining the efforts. Thanks to this, we were able to hit our final milestone of 25k! Unlocking one final stretch goal! WOO!

Thank you. 

Tux & Roll wouldn't be possible (pawsible?) without your support and belief in us. We are beyond excited to hit the ground running and deliver you an amazing product that you will love for years to come. Communication is important to us, so we vow to keep you up-to-date during production. For example, we've already begun by getting to work on creating molds with the new D20 master!  Thanks to reaching our 25k stretch goal, we can now offer a pawprint in place of the 20 as a post campaign option! We wasted no time getting to work with this design. Needless to say, we are ready and eager to get started! 

So What Now? 

In the coming weeks we will work on setting up the pledge manager and add-ons. You will receive communication once these have been established so you can select your dice style(s) and we can move forward with production. You will also have the option to add-on additional dice, sets, and more should you desire. 

The last 30 days have been amazing - and the outpour of support has been humbling. We are ready to get rollin' - and so thankful you'll be along for the ride! Stay tuned, because we're just getting started! 

The Final Week is Here!

The countdown is on...

Greetings backers and wonderful supporters! What a wild few weeks it has been! From reaching our funding goal on day one, to unlocking all the design options and more, we are beyond excited to get rolling on this project. 

We still have some pretty awesome stretch goals we hope to achieve in the next few days and wanted to take a moment to share more details on them with you. 

First off - we have our newly added goal of reaching 25k, which will allow us to give you the option of selecting a pawprint symbol for the d20 highest face in the pledge manager. We are very close to unlocking this goal!

Our next stretch goal will allow us to scale up our packaging. Currently, all dice sets will be delivered in a high quality soft cloth dice bag. However, if we are able to reach the 30k stretch goal, we will be able to offer a windowed hard case with foam insert to cradle your dice when not in play and display them! 

Our final stretch goal is a two sided metal collector's coin if we reach the 50k mark. While we are still in the process of designing this coin, which can be used in game play in addition to your dice, we do have a sneak peek of the concept art in the works! We hope to reach this stretch goal to be able to gift this coin to our backers for free, but also plan to offer it as an add-on in the pledge manager for an additional fee if this goal is not met. Stay tuned for more information regarding add-ons. 

And as a final reminder, we have a few opportunities remaining for backers to support us at the "Going on Safari" early backer tier - which includes a free swag bag. It will feature promotional items for Tux & Roll including pin, stickers, magnet, coaster and more. (This swag bag is also included in our highest tier "The Herd")

We hope in the coming days that these items will be unlocked. Please help us reach our goals by taking a moment to share this campaign with someone you might think would love this project too! 20K Stretch Goal Achieved! New 25k Stretch Goal Added!

Pawprints here we come!! 20k stretch goal unlocked! 

Hello lovely backers! I hope you all had a fantastic week and are gearing up for an epic weekend. With only two weeks remaining in the Animal Print Dice campaign, We are thrilled to announcement that we have reached 20k! This now unlocks the stretch goal to provide the option for pawprints instead of pips/dots on all d6 orders and post campaign add-ons. This options will be selected during the pledge manager once the active campaign comes to a close. 

Our next goal wasn't until 30k, however - we have received your feedback that it would be pretty awesome if you had the option to select a pawprint for d20s. We love this idea, so much in fact, we began the process of designing a mold to make it happen! We have decided this would make a great stretch goal for 25k - SO *drumroll* We are announcing a SURPRISE additional stretch goal based on your feedback! If we reach 25k, you will be given the option in the post campaign pledge manager to make the 20 face (on any order with a d20) a pawprint instead of the number "20"!
